One of the biggest challenges private equity firms face is finding more efficient ways to manage their mixed portfolios. Early-stage investors and PE firms spend time and considerable sums of money creating new funds, and allocating resources to increase the value of the underlying assets like properties and unlisted companies.

At the same time, private markets are largely closed off to everyday investors who are increasingly active in financial markets. These assets are not only exclusively accessible to institutional investors but their illiquid nature completely excludes the ability to invest knowledge capital.

What is FAST?

FAST is a new type of asset class built using a blockchain platform. It’s fundamentally distinct from cryptocurrencies, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and other existing blockchain-native assets, yet leverages the security, efficiency, and trustless nature of blockchain to enable transactions.
